The Research On Creating Thinking And Scientific Method In Art Design

Design is a creative activity which is to modify original thing and make it change,add,plus,update and develop. As a social culture activity,on the one hand,design is creationary;on the other hand,it is a rational,methodistic and scientific activity. Thereby,design is the integration between science and arts. Design thinking is the integration between scientific thoughts and arts thoughts.In a long time,investigators are used to focus on those aspects such as design theory,design development trend and design efficacy. They ignore the problem of creativity,especially neglect the research of the essence of the creative thoughts. Design should be to solve the problem which is how to create.Basing on this point,this article try to seek after the disciplinarian and method of creating thinking in art design by largely studying thoughts,psychology,vision and research how to inspire the capacity of thoughts and how to promote creativity by the convergence and radiation of thinking,abstract epitome and representational depiction,the transition of rational thinking and irrational thinking. Art design thinking is not only the pure visualize thinking or logic thinking,it is a higher level thinking. The scientific essence of design prescribes the logic direction of creating thinking,while the formalism prescribes the art direction of creating thinking. Any single thinking manner can not solve the problem of design.This article is composed of two parts. Beginning with the thinking,the first part discuss the generic laws of thinking and mainly analyze the characteristic and operation mechanisms of creating thinking. The main content of second part is teaching of method. Firstly,it dissertate the conformation and roomage which is the base of art design. Then the article translate to focus on product design,visual design,environment design. It expound how to promote the result feasibility of creating thinking through using scientific method. The aim of this article is to grasp thinking and thinking method holistically and settle the foundation for studying design methodology deeply.
