A Probe Into The Legal Values Of Morality

This essay is composed of five parts which probe the legal values of morality. The first part is devoted to the elucidation of the research values and research methods of the essay; the second part retrospects the legal values of morality through the exploration of ideologists, the analysis of the academic theories and the summons of the reality; the third part is based on the legal deduction among the three relationships梩he responsibility of morality and the security of individual independence, the righteousness of morality and social uprightness, and the norm of morality and the rational orders梩o explain the internal unification between morality and the realization of the aim of legal values; the forth part reveals the established organic correlation between morality and legal society by analyzing the dynamic relations between morality and law establishment, morality and law applications and morality and the abidance by law; the last part emphasizes on the necessity of reasonable grasp of the legal values of moralities.
