The breakthrough of cloning technology is without doubt a.i important milestone in biological .history. While presenting a wide-applied prospect cf wide use for human beings, it brings about back effects that can not be neglected. So this technology causes a social problem concerning ethics. The thesis discusses this problem by corbining theory with living examples. This thesis consists of two parts, the first part expounds that the breakthrough of single-cell cloning teciinology brings about many back effects to society. This part consists of three chapiers: the first chapter introduces the general knowledge about cloning technology and its developing process at home and abroad; the second chapter introduces that the development of cloning technology brings about the revolutionary applied prospect; the third chapter analyzes the back effects of cloning technology, focusing on human cloning. The second part emphasizes on methodological reflection of the sjccess and regret of cloning technology so as to provide some experiences of others for scientists and technicians in reducing some errors in scientific research, which will benefit the smooth development of scientific technology.
