Justice,democracy,freedom are essential parts of the national elements. Justice is the ideal and the reality of human value of life.It is one peculiar mode of existence and reflection on the meaning of the theory and practical requirements.It is the social relations between people on the rationality of the concept of the highest expression. Plato searched the justice of the city-state.He put forward the model and established justice city-states of its foundation. In Marx's view, justice was the lofty realm of human society, socialism and communism is the primary value. In state political life and social life, and has important position. Marx from perceptual activities, the analysis of justice, and explains the essence of justice and reality.Plato was concerned the lives of people ,whoes life was happy or not. But his theory was abstract,which derived from the society conception that mixed with more experiences. Marx's criticized the democracy of capitalism and he expounded the ways and approaches of democratic.He expounded the true democracy through accept the postive side and discarded the negtive side.The human free and overall development is the ultimate goal of the Marx.The accomplishment rely on the country's disappearance and the realization of communism.The society will be a consortium of free people.Only in such a society can realize people's free and overall development.
