Kazakhstan is an important neighbour country in the northwest of China. For unique geographical location, rich resources and the rapid development of the economy, Kazakhstan enjoy more attention than before from the whole world. In recent years, the relationship between China and Kazakhstan underwent ups and downs, so there is a significant issue in front of us, how to promote the coordinated development between China and Kazakhstan.Kazakhstan and China are connected by common mountains and rivers, and the two country enjoy a public boundary about 1,700 kilometers. The Silk Road, being the eldest trade traffic line, connected China and Kazakhstan from the ancient times. Kazaks—so long as resident to the different countries, China and Kazakhstan, but still they shared common origin and culture. This paper is to study the role ,which the Kazak plays during the nongovernmental communication between China and Kazakhstan, trying to find a new approach to strengthen the two countries'cooperation and communication.This paper includes three parts, and its main contents generalize as follows:Part one: The cultural communication between Kazakhstan and China.Part two: The communication difficulties between Kazakhstan and China and how to balance the relationship between Kazakhstan and China.Part three: Kazakh in China will play an essential role in promoting the relationship between Kazakhstan and China.
