Review On Amartya Sen's Economic Ethics

Because of his outstanding contributions in welfare economics, Amartya Sen won the noble economic prize in 1998. He used the method, which was combination of economics and philosophy, to analysis the public choose, inequality, poverty, famine, freedom, development, economic and social problems, therefore entitled"conscience of economic". Meanwhile, some scholars think that Sen can be called Marxists, who advocate"state intervention"Study the Amartya Sen's ideas of economics ethic is especially meaningfull. Sen has the economist and a dual position, and had very extensive studies in economics, philosophy, ethics and politics, etc. Sen with his own deep knowledge of economics and philosophical debate, on the basis of their good combination, produce many original views. For example, to reunderstand Adam Smith , the interactive of economics and ethics, the reason of reasonable examine, the ability of possible ways, and the new interpretation of the consequence, etc. In addtion, because India is a developing country, the same as China, the study in inequality, poverty, famine, public market behaviour and democracy are also stimulating to our country's current development. the difference between India and China is very valuable.This document, together with the information analysis and comparison with comprehesive and other ways to do systems analysis and discussion in Amartya Sen's theory of origin, production and development, characteristics, combined with the reality, analysis the practical significance of Sen's Economic Ethics. By learning the review of Sen's Economic Ethics, I reunderstanded theory. And in order to guide the reality, we combine Sen's Economic Ethics with Marxist economic thought, draw the inspiration of Amartya Sen Economic Ethics and then combine with the economic ethics of Marxism, prompted the guiding ideology of the Methodology which under the socialist market economy to reflect. And It pointed out that, under the socialist market economy, how to make the ethics development combined with economic development, people's living standards improve, the combination of social progress.
