The Research Of Guo Nanpu' Early Life

This paper is concerned with Guo Nanpu, Hui people, born in 1867; he studied medicine with his father in childhood. When he was 37, he past the examination of imperial, then migrated to Guyuan, living as a doctor with help of Ma Yuanzhang. In 1904, Guo Nanpu went to Lanzhou for Ma Yuanzhang standing in the court, since settlement in here, then became his political life as an Adjutant, Provincial Members and made important contributions to Politics, Economy, and Society. For example, built schools and Mosque, disaster relief, curing, and dispute resolution. Entering in Muslim Assisting Association, he flied to Hong Kong, raising money for Anti-Japanese. Experiencing two generation of hierarch, and he hold a high position in Jahrinya. In the history of peaceful liberation of Ningxia, he played an important role as a Muslim gentry and merchant. But in 1958, Guo Nanpu, such a highly respected people, got inhumane treatment and stigmatized, he killed himself and died.This paper has three parts, the first part is introduction which discusses the background and the previous research results of the problem. The second part contains two chapters, discusses several basic aspects about Guo Nanpu' life, his early life and people-oriented thoughts. The third part is the last chapter which explains his religions thought.Now why I mention again, because I don't want people forget this period of history and this order people who hold the idea of peace in his life.
