This article is based on the study of Chinese preposition zai+object construction, Ukranian prepositions and its comparison. In other words, intends to provide an entire explanation about it.This article mainly includes four tasks which are the the following; introduction, grammatical function, semantic and comparative study of the zai+object construction in Chinese and Ukrainian. Following there is a brief description of these chapters.In chapter one, a description of studies on the zai sentence is studied.This chapter, reviews current status and history of studying zai sentence in the field, as well as summarizing achievements that we have from previous researches and also problems that we could solve.In chapter two, a grammatical function mainly studying zai+object construction and Ukrainian prepositons and its different uses is carried out. In other words, revealing Chinese zai+object construction and Ukrainian preposition differences. A comparative research is mainly based in zai+object adverbial function, attribute and complement.In chapter three, a semantic study of the zai+object construction is analyzed in the point of view of the agent location+the position of patient and agent location, the position of patient and the differences wih Ukrainian. Also carrying out a Chinese and Ukranian comparation of time outset and its durationIn chapter four, a problem with Chinese zai+object costruction and Ukrainian is pointed out and the difficulties of Ukrainian learners when studying Chinese. Also this chapter introduce that the use of Chinese zai+object and Ukranian constructions are not always necessarily the same. Lastly, in agent location+ the position of patient and agent location, the position of patient and differences of time outset and its duration are also mentioned.Finally, chapter five includes the solutions to some of problems encountered with the Chinese preposition zai+object construction, Ukranian prepositions and its comparison. Furthermore, it leaves some of the problems unresolved for further research.
