Uprising in Laiyang that has occurred in the state capital of Shandong Province registered a Laiyang County officials and some populaces against the gentry of the city and large-scale struggle against paying Taxes.Laiyang populace uprisings have broken out, resulting from long-standing local gentry, caused by the contradiction between populace and magistracy, during this period, including the governor of Shandong, including the local authorities, without getting the help from the two major sectors of its population trust, keep missing for one thousand time, the contraction between populaces and landlords not only irritate the local landlords, but also trigger a large-scale struggle against the people, while gradually losing the trust of the two classes.The central government of Qing dynasty has failed to appropriately handle the Laiyang uprising that has been triggered by the official public reputation crisis, due to the way of handling is incorrect, leading to criticism and discontent because of public opinion to their acts, leading to crisis of reputation in local government and central government.This essay consists of four chapters respectively, on "the gentry and the people" the context of mutual hatred Laiyang official, the loss of public trust with official Laiyang people become intensified, become the public opinion on the Laiyang concern, official rehabilitation policy discussion of dishonesty,From Laiyang local gentry, the public, the local authorities, the media, the Qing government, and other angles, of Laiyang people during and after change, triggered by changes in the credibility of the Qing government.At the end, the author mainly and simplely has reviewed and summarized of the major issues involved, and have summarized the impact that has been made by the government of the Qing dynasty.
