With the rapid development of China's economy growing and comprehensive national strength, coupled with the improvement relations between China and Southeast Asian countries, the Chinese education in Indonesia, which was interrupted by 30 years , restored in the late 1990's. On one hand, Indonesians seek the sense of belonging to Chinese language and culture; on the other hand, due to the stimulation of economic interests, more and more Indonesian learners start to learn Chinese. Language is a communication tool, so the best way to language acquisition is to communicate with each other. In Chinese there is the some character word of "yan" in"Yu yan", which means the language firstly services for speaking. Language is generated on the basis of speaking, while there is much shorter history of the text. Speaking is not only the most important thing, but also the easiest thing to learn. There are a large number of illiterates in the world, but there is no "language blind."That obviously shows the importance of speaking course for learning the Chinese language. It is found that in practical Chinese language teaching, Indonesian learners have lots of problems in the Oral Class, especially in the initial stage. The Elements of Chinese, the cultural differences and the single teaching method are the more prominent issues. The teaching of Oral Class plays an important role in improving the level of Indonesians'speaking. If organized well, the students'Chinese Oral will improve significantly within a short time, which will enhance their confidence in learning Chinese. To improve the quality of oral teaching, we must consciously improve our teaching methods. It is not only necessary to create a good classroom atmosphere and pay attention to the individual differences of students, but also emprise the characters of more practice and more communication in oral course. Only combine teaching and learning organically closely can make the oral course both vivid and efficient. This article basis from the Chinese Proficiency standards with the requirement ability of speaking, combining with teaching practice, to research and analyze the current problems in primary Chinese oral teaching, and to advance some suggestions about how to put the actual teaching methods in practice. On the basis of this, more effective teaching ideas are being explored. This research can help the Indonesian learners to learn Chinese language in spoken teaching and learning materials to improve and guide them the essentials about learning an oral course of a foreign language.
