The Study And Analysis About How To Define The Chinese Idioms Category In Teaching Chinese As A Second Language

Due to the high frequency of the usage of Chinese idioms in daily life, the introduction of Chinese idioms is necessary to meet foreign students'demand for actual communication, which would also for them contribute to master spoken Chinese quickly as possible and to carry out daily conversation. For the huge number of idioms of Chinese words, the sorting out and ranking them of the ease would facilitate students' learning at all the levels.The research objects of this article are the common Chinese idioms, quoted from "Chinese idioms tutorial". The factors which may be affecting how foreign students speak Chinese are analyzed, in terms of the understanding of the common Chinese idioms, grammars of the common Chinese idioms, pragmatics, related cultures, etc. The rules for Chinese idioms category will be generated according to above factors. Finally, the article will define the Chinese idioms category roughly.
