Studies On Garment Fabric Finishing With Fibroin Finishing Agent

Wool fabric itself has excellent wear ability, but whose shrinkage limits the application in the clothing; polyester fabric itself has a very good elastic recovery and strength, but it is uncomfortable in the process of wearing; cotton fabric has a comfortable handle and it is the priority selection material in the application of the skin lining, but its wrinkle resistance is bad, which limits the use of fabrics.SF agent is an agent of environmental protection. Using this kind of agent for wool fabrics, polyester fabrics and cotton fabrics can improve the performances of those fabrics. In previous studies, they focus on the fibroin finishing fabric to improve the performance of a single fabric, but few reports are about the impact on the fabric style. In this study, three kinds of fabric with different fibers are chosed ,and their changes of the related physical properties in the finished style before and after being treated with the the fibroin agent are researched by the KES fabric style instrument. Then other fabric service abilities are also tested according to the differences of the fabric materials. The material of the new fibroin agent which is produced by the Hutt international group is also tested and analyzed in this paper.The bending rigidity and bending stiffness zonal got smaller and curved backward from the decline in wool fabrics became more flexible. Compression ratio power and the recovery rate of compressed power are increased; the fabric is good at handle, elasticity and pendency. the surface roughness,bending rigidity,bending stiffness zonal,shear stiffness,shear stiffness value of polyester fabric are decreased, stretching power are increased, after finishing the surface was more smooth, The fabric is good at handle, elasticity and pendency. The surface roughness,the ratio of compression,stretching power of the cotton fabric are decreased, bending stiffness zonal,shear stiffness,shear stiffness value,the tensile response rate are increased , after finishing the fabric have smooth surface and more stiff .Besides the above fabric style tests, the ventilation performance, the felt to shrink performance and the bulging reply performance of the wool fabric were also tested. Among them, the ventilation performance decreases and the felt to shrink performance and the bulging reply performance are improved. The ventilation performance, the water vapor permeability and the antistatic property of the polyester fabric are all tested. Among them, the water vapor permeability and the antistatic property increase, and the ventilation performance decreases. The ventilation performance and the water vapor permeability of the cotton fabric are also tested. The ventilation performance decreases and the water vapor permeability increases. We also research the surface state of the cotton fabric which is treated by the SEM.
