Red Ya is the notes that based on Lu Kuang seen and heard in Guangxi, recorded late Ming dynasty mountain scenery in Guangxi, and customs,as well as myths and legends and so on .The book received a total of 197 entries divided into upper, middle and the next three volumes. The volumeâ… narraes the end of the Ming dynasty Guangxi social and the ethnic customs,etiquette and institutions.The volumeâ…¡specially narrates the geography,the mountains and rivers,the scenic spots,and historical sites. The last volume is the property and the rumors . The book containes the richly and varied folk material, which not only reflects the local characteristics,the national characteristics,the characteristic of the times,but also has the deep cultural connotation, is the rare important literature material that later generation studies Guangxi folklore of ancient times, particularly the national minority customs, has the extremely high research value of folk.This paper on the basis of previous studies,mainly use folklore,folk literature,cultural anthropology,and philology of the method, and carries on the classification to the folk phenomenon as a comprehensive system and elaborate.
