The tend of deletion of the artistic quality is very worrying. As far as the artisic quality,the revial of domestic cartoon still has big difficulty and a long road.A succesful crtoon has some commercial value. At the same time its artistic quality can not be neglected. Lacking of artistic quality, the cartoon must like a lusterless pearl.The artistic quality of a cartoon can bring out aesthetic pleasure to the audience. Meanwhile it can also direct the aesthetic consciousness of the audience, contributes to the cultivating of humanistic spirit. A cartoon which has higher artistic quality will have strong competitive forces.The artistic quality embodies the vitality of the cartoon. It has many reasons that the domestic cartoon lacks of artistic quality. After analizing reasons,we think that we would rather set off a new upserge of saving domestic cartoons than follow the foreign succesful cartoons.And we also should explore the way of ourselves,study the character of the artistic quality of domestic cartoons and its spirit connatation,gradually set up the modern artistic style of China.
