The Study Of Poems′words On Wenxuan

Wenxuan is a very famous literary work in our history, it contains a lot of literary words and general words, and there is important value in the study of the linguistics. This thesis will study the words of poems in Wenxuan, in order to find some words that they have problems in the meaning, and compare with the Great Dictionary of Chinese, provide some opinion in compile and revise dictionary.We will study the part of poems in Wenxuan; combine with The Great Dictionary of Chinese, which is an authoritative dictionary in nowadays. In the process of the study, compare, induce, and statistics will be used. There are some problems in The Great Dictionary of Chinese, for example, the meaning loses; the certify of the words has trouble; the explanation of the words has contradiction and so on. In our opinion, the reason of the situation is the writers of The Great Dictionary of Chinese pay less attention to the words in Wenxuan, especially the part of poems; they have not use the linguistics sufficiently.We think that we should not neglect the value of the language Wenxuan. It can enhance the study of Wenxuan; improve the study of middle ancient Han language; revise and supply the dictionary such as The Great Dictionary of Chinese; guide the teaching and learning of writings in classical Chinese in middle school.
