An Ethic Inspection Of The "Flesh Search"

Internet changes people's life in terms of time and space, and also strengthens interpersonal relationships with its drastic development. Such processes are in a virtual way and challenges ethic system with new problems. Before the completion of an ideal ethic system, the"flesh search"by which netizens use to solve disordered ethic issues is one of those problems.The flesh search is an intelligent one with its openness and cooperatives. It can be specially used for self-organization's purification. This thesis analyzes the roots and characteristics of the cyber moral disorder and further researches its requirements under the guide of the morality theory and based on the status of cyber society. Moreover such disorder is due to all of the flaws of the cyber moralities. It's been shown in the aspects of people's blind enthusiasm toward internet and their double moral standards between the virtual and actual societies and the hysteresis of the relevant legislation and uncertainty of the moral responsibility's subject. We thus can see the three characteristics of the cyber morality. First it's an urgent requirement for ethic digitalization. Second it's as well as a new morality system constructed on a traditional one. Third it's getting more popular and civil as a result of its post-modern specialty. Because of internet's virtuality, freeness, inhumanity and etc, our methods to construct and comment on cyber ethics, and as well as how these ethics impacting on the virtual world are all different from the actual society's. Due to these circumstances we should build up an ethics system based on harmless principle, entire citizen principle, informed consent principle and self-organization principle. Only to enhance cyber technological supervision and management, improve relative regulations and laws, deepen moral subjects'self-management and promote positive cyber media influence, can we civilize the internet communications. In order to improve this virtual world to be a more human digital homeland we would only have to combine theories and practices obeying the cyber moralities and establish a rational ecological morality perspective on cyber society.
