Dialogue teaching always is a hot topic in the education field when the concept of dialogue teaching was brought forward formally in 1980s.Especially with the new curriculum reform impelling, more and more teachers join in this camp, who actively tried dialogue teaching practice. When the dialogue teaching in the prosperous time, most of the teachers in the junior school and senior school just took their attention on the dialogue form, but neglected the effect of the Chinese dialogue teaching. So the class always appeared a scene of bustling with activity, the students achieved less and less after class. So it's more important to study on Chinese effective dialogue teaching.The paper set off discussion around the topic of how to realize the Chinese effective dialogue. The Chinese dialogue teaching is by no means without foundation, which have profound epoch background and theory foundation. Firstly the text commence from the background of the Chinese dialogue teaching, and open out the contemporary significance of the Chinese dialogue teaching. The core problem of the paper is realizing effective dialogue, so the text need to analyze the Chinese ineffective dialogue actuality, and combine a plenty of teaching examples to show various form of expression of the Chinese ineffective dialogue, the author clean up them from theory aspect and operation aspect and deeply excavate the origin of ineffective dialogue in the culture, system and other aspects, which the purpose is to bring forward the implantation strategy of the Chinese effective dialogue. The author try her best to define the concept of the effective dialogue clearly, and linking up teaching practice bring feasible teaching strategy from in the teaching method, teacher-student relations, teaching evaluation and some other aspects. I hope this paper can play a certain guiding and learning role in the Chinese effective dialogue theoretical and practical aspects to the most of teacher in the junior school and senior school in the current period.
