| The period of primary school is a key stage for children's formation of the interpersonal relationship. For the primary school students, the social communication system which contains peer relation, parent-child relationship and teacher-student relationship plays an important role and strongly affects their growth and development. As the continuous increase of their thinking independence and sense of criticalness, the interpersonal relationship among children in senior primary school is facing huge challenges. It has been a significant task for mental health education teachers to help them confront these challenges, overcome the serious maladjustment crisis during the interpersonal communication and preferably improve the skill of interpersonal communication.Mental health education cause launched late in our country, leading to the immaturity of the cause itself, thus the implement of the mental health education cause is frequently predicated on the summary of some experience, short of the deep dig to the corresponding theories. What's more, the genres of contemporary psychology are so multitudinous that makes theory study difficult and complex for the mental health teachers in primary school. In consideration of this, this thesis will accomplish the teaching plan for the special subject, proceeding with the brief analysis from each genre in interpersonal communication theory circle. The theory, called Reality Therapy, which is instructive and feasible to the subject of interpersonal communication in senior primary school, will also be combined.The innovation in this thesis is that it applies the relevant theories and technologies about psychological consult and education in foreign countries to the mental health education cause in our country. Besides, it extracts some parts that are adaptive for the available mental health education in our country from the success paradigms among the American education, in order to combine the novel, simple and effective theory Choice Theory with mental health education cause practice to seek a new break for the cause design.This thesis divides into for parts:The first part, introduction, starts with presenting the purpose of choosing this topic, and then defines the concept of the study object. This part ends up with summarizing the current situation for the three main aspects of the children's' interpersonal relationship in primary school--- peer relation, parent-child relationship and teacher-student relationship, as well as with analyzing the basic interpersonal communicating situation of the senior primary school children, which can be seen as the reality foundation of the teaching plan design.The second part is the theoretical basis of the lesson plan design. This thesis briefly analyzes the Interpersonal Need Theory, Self Present Theory and Social Exchange Theory contained in interpersonal communication theory, introduces some principal concepts in Reality Therapy and makes the feasibility analysis for applying Reality Therapy to mental health education.The third part is the teaching plan design, focusing on the interpersonal communication among senior primary school children. It is divided into 4 main class hours and its topical subjects are Self Knowledge and Express, Our Class Group, Parent-Child Communication and Student-Teacher Contact. The implement is required after the first draft of the teaching plan design is confirmed. We can modify the first draft according to the students' class reaction and the teachers'class evaluation; thus accomplish the teaching plan design for the entire special subject:this means we analyze the design all through the whole executing process.The last part is to make introspection for lesson plan design, in order to seek for the key point to develop the teaching design of the mental health education cause, which as well provides some salutary lessons and experience for the front-line mental health teachers to use for reference. |
