Peer relationships in children’s development and social adaptation, plays an importa nt role on the role of peer relationship in child and adolescent development theory mainl y focused on three aspects:1. Peer relations is important background for the developmen t of social skills;2. Peer relationship is to meet social needs, obtain the important source o f social support and security;3. Peer intercommunion experience promotes the developme nt of self-concept and personality, which not only affect children’s healthy growth of the i ndividual, have a bad effect on their families and even society, children’s peer relations m ake a lot of emotional problems, which can be used as the breakthrough lots of problem s.Sand play therapy, also known as family therapy, now has been widely used in Euro pe and the United States, Japan and other developed countries and regions.Sand play ther apy has been has been widely used in all elementary and middle schools, Jinjiang basic e quipped with sand playroom in primary and secondary schools, especially in primary sch ool, sand table games has become a main and important auxiliary tool.Own research sho ws that the sand play therapy does not need language communication characteristics of c hildren with unique applicability, it uses interesting model make the subconscious conten t is displayed, help children express feelings, enhance self strength, due to its interesting at the same time, children can last a long time to interest, help maintain the consulting rel ationship for a long time, especially to young period of children in primary schools, their interests will remain at around 15 times, basic can achieve good effect. In view of this, thi s study our primary school young children as the research object, using case treatment co mbined with the research methods of questionnaire and individual interview, based on a s and table games as the main means of consulting. Author in nearly six months of treatme nt cycle, existing in three different levels of interpersonal problem children, five,eight or seven times sand play therapy, psychological counseling to sand play therapy as the mai n means, and family counseling, each intervention time is not fixed, about 30-60 minutes .Every time after the sand play therapy, give parents feedback report, provide some advic e on parenting. After six months of treatment, by parents, peers and the teacher’s feedback , sand table topic change and consultant self-observation, counseling effect. From peer interviews a year apart, the companion’s popularity increased, in the peer rating standard score increased, parents feedback all aspects of behavioral problems down, ob viously improved mood, parents no longer have a headache.In addition, through compari ng-before and after treatment of teacher-evaluation, which shows the progress of the case in the indoor game smoothly migrate to daily life.Sand table topic change significantly.Cure theme, increasing the initial number of sand ta ble and eventually sand has extremely significant difference in quantity, trauma subject li ne by reducing the number of the quantity and the final number of sand table in the initial sand table also have significant-differences.Research proves that sand play therapy for young period of children’s peer relations has a positive effect.
