Since the first emperor, the Han Empire gradually formed the political structure of co-existence and mutual restraint among the Emperor, the Adjunct Marquis and the Regional Prince, I tend to use the concept of "the situation of the interdependence and mutual restraint between the Adjunct Marquis and the Regional Prince " to sum up the complex political relations among them. This situation formed in the Emperor Hui's time, play a huge role in the Queen Lv's time, suffered the shock of the wave of legal reforms in two periods of the Emperor Wen and the Emperor Jing, and was finally disrupted after the Seven Kingdoms' rebellion. It constitutes the main elements of high-level political developments in the early stage of the West Han Dynasty, and a series of major historical events, such as the Queen Lv Mastering Imperial Power, The Disaster of The Lv Group, The Royal Family Battling For Emperor's Inheritance, and The Emperor's legal Reform, are all included in this situation. This situation in the real political operation mainly showed as the following several historical pattern: the Adjunct Marquis combining with the Regional Prince to eliminate the Lv Group, the Adjunct Marquis and the Regional Prince supporting each other to restrict on the Emperor Wen, the Adjunct Marquis and the Regional Prince depending on each other to restrict on the Emperor Jing, this is a reflection of interdependence's relationships between the Adjunct Marquis and the Regional Prince; the Adjunct Marquis and the Regional Prince restricting on each other in order to support the King Dai, the Adjunct Marquis restricting on the Regional Prince in order to accompany the Emperor Wen, and the Adjunct Marquis restricting on The Regional Prince in order to protect the Emperor Jing, this is a reflection of relations mutual restraint between The Adjunct Marquis and The Regional Prince. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, and it mainly explains the origin of the problem, the current status of academic research, this paper's core concepts and innovations. The second part discusses "the situation of the interdependence and mutual restraint between The Adjunct Marquis and The Regional Prince " was formed in the Emperor Hui's period, and it was based on the emergence of dual imperial power structures and the Adjunct Marquis out of the Royal Government. The third part analyzes operation of "the situation of the interdependence and mutual restraint between The Adjunct Marquis and The Regional Prince" in period of the Queen Lv. It mainly discussed:a series of policies of the Queen Lv which were aimed at "consolidating imperial power" gradually changed the dual imperial power structure, and therefore aggravated contradiction between the Group of the Liu-Lv Marriage and the Adjunct Marquis with the Regional Prince, and eventually led to disaster of the Lv Group that ruined the Group of the Liu-Lv Marriage; While in the process of reconstructing imperial power, the relatively weak King Dai because of mutual restraints between the Adjunct Marquis and the Regional Prince fortunately inherited the throne of the Han Empire. The fourth part firstly analyzes the problem of legality that the King Dai ascended the throne of the Han Empire, and then restore historical truth that the Emperor Wen after ascending the throne killed the King Qi and Chu with the support of the Adjunct Marquis, and then analyzes four major historical events ,such as The Relegation Of Jia Yi, The Promotion Of Chao Cuo, The Death Of Liu Chang, and The Counter-insurgency Of The Adjunct Marquis , trying to show the operational process of "the situation of the interdependence and mutual restraint between the Adjunct Marquis and the Regional Prince " in the real politics before the Seven Kingdoms' rebellion. The fifth part analyzes the historical process that "the situation of the interdependence and mutual restraint between The Adjunct Marquis and The Regional Prince" collapsed. It mainly discusses: After the Seven Kingdoms' rebellion, imperial policies for reforming the Kingdom's system and unduly limiting The Adjunct Marquis basically deprived of the decision-making of the Adjunct Marquis and the Kingdom-autonomy of the Regional Prince, and therefore changed the dual structure of imperial power established in the Emperor Gao's period, which showed the final stage of the Han Empire's evolution from the united empire to despotic empires. The sixth part is the conclusion, mainly discussing the main reasons for the collapse of "the situation of the interdependence and mutual restraint between the Adjunct Marquis and the Regional Prince ",attempting to explain that the political aspirations of the Confucian, which brought together the People's expectations and the Emperor's will, played a major role in the process of this situation collapsing.
