The North Wei dynasty had a primary mission that they should establish a stable political structure by broke through the horde's limitation. And to establish the system of succession to the throne was one of the most important part of this mission, which always be a problem from the beginning to the end of the North Wei dynasty. We discussed mainly about the origin and development of the System of Forced suicide the mother of the crown prince. This system may related to the custom of that son was honorable because of the mother's noble of the Barbarian and that men would kill father and brothers but not mother when they were angry of the Wuhuan. And after the contrast the Inheritance system of the Tuoba with the Hanzhao and the Murong Yan, we found that the force of the Hanzhao s dukes tribe is muchweaker than the Tuobas. and the Murong Yan implemented entropy primogeniture because it s Chinese localization. And fromthe perspective of the purpose to overcome the blood-ism and establishment of public nation, the System of Forced suicide themother of the crown prince was similar with the measure of discrete tribe and Emperor Xiaowens Chinese localization policy. Otherwise, the royal household of Tuoba bring a lot of Han women in palace to avoid the threaten from consort clan. Meanwhile, the system might be used to neutralize the Han factors because these Han women were from alien race. Then, we discussed the tissue of the system of the Prince's Regulation of the State and Emperor Xianwen's Demise, which both bring about a peculiar phenomenon that two leader of one country. After awarded crown prince to Tuoba tao, Emperor Mingyuan let him regulate the state to enhance his reputation and improve his governing capacity. Until to Emperor Taiwu,he still ask the crown prince Jingmu to manage the country. However, there was a divergence about the concept of governing a state between Emperor Daowu and crown prince Jingmu. And the crown prince divided some power from the emperor so that leaded to conflict between father and son inevitably. And finally, the crown prince died of the confliction. Still and all, the Prince's Regulation plaid a important role in the system of succession to the throne. And it is a proof that Tuoba hong inherited the throne as the great grandson after the crown prince Jingmu's dead.By the time of Emperor Xianwen, he demised in his young son and controlled the state as emperor's father when he still in the noon of life.Actually, the demise is one of Emperor Xianwen's Political strategy to make sure his son emperor Xiaowen take the power smoothly and steady. And this strategy had a great influence to the system of succession to the throne of Northqi dynasty. There are something different during the time of Emperor Xiaowen, he changed the peerage system and the rebuilding of the ancestral temple system. By these ways, the throne was occupied by Emperor Daowu's descendants. Matching up the system of weed, which stipulated that people were not ever relatives after five generations, the throne was occupied by Emperor Xiaowen's descendants. Hereto, the element of tribal election was already disappeared.
