The Study Of Cai Shiying And Reorganization Of "The Anthology Of Governs Jiangxi"

Cai Shiying is a minister in Shunzhi, Qing Dynasty, once was the governor of Jiangxi from 1652 to 1655."The Anthology of Govern Jiangxi ",which was written by Cai , had reflected the major activitis when he worked as Jiangxi's governor, and is an important historical data to understand the entire outlook of Jiangxi in that time. Based on punctuation and annotation of this anthology, I had discussed Cai's major experience, searched Cai's main historical data and lost poems, Cai's offspring (mainly are his son Cai Yurong and his grandson Cai Ting) ups and downs in official circle, as well as Cai's main subordinate's Achievements ,who worked together with Cai.Take "The Anthology of Governs Jiangxi" as the main basis, I analyzed the background when Cai was appointed as the governor of Jiangxi (mainly is Jin Shenghuan's Rebellion), induced what economic, political and military situation he faces, and what measures he adopted for governing Jiangxi correspondingly, so we can learn the contribution which Cai does for Jiangxi.Cai Shiying try his best to make the Jiangxi people to enjoy a good and prosperous life ,thus he obtained the depth love of Jiangxi's common people and gentleman , the author take " The Anthology of Governs Jiangxi " as the primary materials, studied the thought of ruling people and the official character of Cai ,and summarized the basic evaluation of Jiangxi's gentleman on Cai and his achievements, according to the preface for "The Anthology of Governs Jiangxi", which was wrote by some Intellectuals, such as Xiong Wenju, Chen Hongxu.
