Career decision-making self-efficacy is an important factor for the process of individual's career decision, it can enhance the postgraduate's ability to make decisions, to make the best decision for their important theoretical and practical significance. In the view of adaptability and social support, the purpose of this research is to find out the influence of adaptability and social support on career decision-making self-efficacy of graduate student.Taking 253 postgraduates as subjects, the adaptability, social support, the Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Scale as measuring instruments, the paper discuss the postgraduates'characteristics of adaptability, social support,and career decision making self-efficacy, also their relationship. The results indicate:As a whole, the level of the adaptability, social support and caree decision-making self-efficacy of postgraduate is at the secondary level. Among of which:1,For whether or not to have clear job objective, there are significant diference in the totality of postgraduate adaptability, emotion and body adjustment, social adjustment, school adajustment, study and occupation adajustment;2,For different types of work experience, there are significant diference in the degree of making use of social support;3,For caree decision-making self-efficacy, there are significant diference in gender, grade, specialty, work experience and job objective;4,For caree decision-making self-efficacy, there are significant diference in the different levelof adapatation and social support;5,Except for mutuality adjustment, there is significant correlation among the total level of postgraduate adaptability, emotion and body adjustment, social adjustment, school adajustment, study and occupation adajustment, and the totality of caree decision-making self-efficacy and its other five subscale;6,There is significant correlation among the total level of postgraduate's social support, impersonal support, subjective support, and he totality of caree decision-making self-efficacy and its other five subscale; 7,The social adjustment, self-role adjustment, job objective, gender, impersonal support have predictional function to the totality of caree decision-making self-efficacy. And the social adjustment, self-role adjustment, job objective are also the main predictional factors for the five dimensions of caree decision-making self-efficacy scale.
