Comparison Of The Name Of China And Russia

Recent years,as the development of relationship between China and Russian,interchange is becoing more frequent in politics,military,economic and culture. However,because of the intercultural communication,it is difficult to avoid problems which may occur during the process to make it goes unsmooth. This paper attempts to make an analysis of the language data from various perspectives like lexicology, semantics, phonetics, language type and culture, with approaches of History Theory, Statistical Classification, Comparative Study and others. Beginning with the study of Russian and Chinese names, the paper illustrates its points of view with specific examples and sift out the similarities and differences, in order to make both countries exchange smoothly and friendly.Despite this party, the essay is formed in 4 parts:Part 1---The structure and culture connotation differences between Chinese and Russian names.Essay start from the structure of two countries'names and compares them. Contrast,including structrual type, component,resulting in time and order,etc,and summarize the reasons for the discrepancies.Part 2---The origin and culture connotation differences between Chinese and Russian names. This part compares the origin of family names. The results indicate that religious belief,worship of totem,the value to family name are factors that impact the name culture between two countries.Part 3---The changes of given names and culture connotation differences between Chinese and Russian names.contrast the recent 50 years names,sum up the name development and changes. After comparison and analysis,some differences are founded,including gender,religious,value,etc.Part 4---Conlusion. This part predict the trends of the future develoment in both Chinese and russian names.
