Theory about including land policy of Jin dynasty is that the use of national power by the rulers of Jin deprived of Han's land to meet the requirements of Menganmouke's farming household in need of land policy. The implementation of including land policy changes the State for land "no annexation" and "private official field" developing trend from mid-Tang Dynasty. It also changed land acquisition mode since the founding of Song Dynasty called "wealth without setting potential, fields and houses with no fixed master , the money will buy, no money is to sell ".Including land of Jin dynasty included in the policy is the history of product under the political, military, economic, national policies and other variety of factors, accompanied with Niutou system. The Central Plains ruled by Jin Dynasty, have a long-term coexistence of Han's Feudal ownership of land and Jurchen's Slave state ownership of land. Two exist in different sectors of the economy balanced, not only take care of the Jurchen's backward economic development requirements of slavery, but also protect the Central Plains the original feudal economic development model. It is more reasonable and adapt to slavery economy in the early period of Jin, Menganmouke's system, business reality of Jurchen's clan system and together of the agriculture community. But Jurchen's slave owned land has a significant flaw is that the state must master a large number of land available for disposal to ensure the needs of Jurchen's Niutou land. But with the reduction of the war, production resumed and the natural growth of population and other factors, number of official land under the control of government has been inadequate, the land issue will be prominent. However, at this time large-scale expansion of war has ceased, and then the contradiction between supply and demand for land can only be resolved by internal digestion, so used the way of including land solve the problem of inadequate state-owned land, keep the private field of Han include the Crown and then pull delegated to Menganmouke, in order to protect Jurchen's demand for land and the normal operation of the Niutou system, which had a heated conflict with the feudal ownership of land in the Central Plains. In order to extend Niutou system, the long-term implementation of the Jin rulers extremely severe and cruel to include long-term land policy to enable rapid expansion of the number of state-owned land, destroyed the economic base of Han's and Jurchen's tenure and distribution of balance and rationality for land in the Jin regime. Jurchen share of land from the government, only pay a small amount of Niutou tax. Han take most of the burden of Taxes, more and heavier, but the Jin rulers should continue to seize the only means of production - land. In fact, rulers of Jin dynasty plundered the Han's feudal economy, also completely destroyed the survival of the Jin regime itself, the economic base.Jin dynasty is in the feudal period of social transformation, Niutou and Jikoushou in terms dictated to become fetters in Jurchen's society. Including land policy is to maintain an effective system of Niutou and also to guarantee "Jurchen-based" political needs. It also is the reactionary tide of history for Jurchen feudal and integration with the Han. At this point, this against the historical trend of the policy not only failed to strengthen and consolidate the Jin regime, also played a role contrary, collapse and eventually ruined the rule of the Jin dynasty.
