Preparation Studies Of Standard Compounds Of Cichorum Glandulosum Boiss.et Huet And Studies Content Of The Major Active Compositions

Objective: (1) to establish the preparation techniques for preparing the reference substance of Lectucin. (2) purified lectucin Reference Substance from the roots of Chicories Glandulous Bossuet Hued by Using high-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC) method,(3)The major active compositions of the Chicories Glandulous Bossuet Hued have been quantified by HPLC.Methods:(1)Raw material of Cichorum glandulosum Boiss.et Huet was exhaustively extracted with Methanol, then the extraction was separated by silica gel column chromatography with n-hexane–ethyl acetate(4:1～1:3 ,V/V),The fractions contained Lecturing were collected and purified by HSCCC.Results: HPLC analysis and normalization of peak areas showed the purity of the lecturing was 98.7% ,lactucopicrin was99.0. %Conclusions:The preparation techniques are simple and high yield,and can be used for preparing the reference substance of Lectucin.
