Objective: To explore the relative risk factors with liver diseases in gestation period induce postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Clinical data of 316 patients undergoing liver diseases in gestation period from January 2008 to August 2009 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Pregnancy-associated liver disease including ICP (Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy), HELLP (hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes , and low platelets syndromecan) ,acute fatty liver of p regnancy, (AFLP)and pregnancy complicated with hepatitis.23 clinical factors were recruited for the study in relation to postpartum hemorrhage Data were analyzed by Logistic regression. Results Single variable pair-logistic regression analysis revealed that packed cell volume (Hct), totalprotein, albumin, alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartrate aminouansferase ( AST ) , electrophoresis, HBsAg,blood transfusion, platelet and maternal hemoglob ,exhibit significant difference (P<0.05). The result of multiple variables pair-logistic regression analysis ALT and platelet exhibit statistical significance. Conclusion The decrease of platelet , the increase of albumin, alanine aminotransferase (ALT) is risk factor for liver diseases unique to pregnancy induce postpartum hemorrhage.
