| Objective: To systematic review the accuarcy of Alpha-L-fucosidase and AFP in diagnosis of hepatocellular cancer. Methods: Cochrane systematic evalution was used to search through MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, CMCC, CNKI for studies regarding AFU and AFP in the diagnosis of hepatocellular cancer. Data were extracted and analyzed using software MetaDiSc1.4.Results: In total, 12 relevant studies were searched. The threshold effects was not found both in the AFU and AFP. However, Heterogeneity was found in there that caused by other reasons. Pooled accuarcy indicator like sensitivity, specificity of AFU and AFP in the study were 0.773 vs 0.671,0.889 vs 0.894, respectively. The area under summary receiver operating characteristics curve were 0.9039 vs 0.7817; and Q index were 0.8354 vs 0.7470 for AFU and AFP, respectively.Coclusions: With the higher sensitivity, AFU is an important indicator in the diagnosis of primary hepatic cancer. |
