Study On Hospital Management Theory Based On Social Benefits And Economic Benefits

This study d is according to the new "classification management system for medical institutions," classificating from the for-profit hospitals and nonprofit hospitals. Thus, the tone of this study is to seek some common, universal, and that can be accepted by the majority of hospitals and the use of the theory and methods.At present, both for-profit hospitals and nonprofit hospitals, in practical management has to economic efficiency of the hospital has to sign. For-profit hospitals always centered on economic benefits in order to achieve the target for economic and social benefits long-term neglected; nonprofit hospital is a social services and public interests of the affiliated with the goal, but in actual operation, is too much attention to economic benefits, with its public interests that is eroding. Therefore,for the long-term sustainable development of the for-profit hospital and the public interests returning of the nonprofit hospital, is required to take the economic and social benefits together and to be balanced. How to do well with the hospital management with the guidance of the two benefits, is a pressing hard problem that need to be solved by the administraters of the hospital. This research gives us a preliminary discussions about this issue. Features,targets and influence of internal and external factors of hospital management is analyzed with the guidance of the two benefits, and proposed the establishment of medical service profit chain business model, service excellence, holiday medical care services, rehabilitation medicine and patient-center, patient-driven demand strategies.The "patient-centered, patient-driven demand" concept is the main line of the full text, going throughout the whole article; the social benefits go along well with economic benefits, is the soul of this article. The research aims to strengthen the management of the hospital with the provided useful theories,principles and methods ,then to make better medical services and expand the market to get maximum services benefits, both economic benefits and social benefits.
