Experimental Studies On The Extraction And Relieving Constipation Of Amorphallus Glucomannan

Glucomannan is the major component of Amorphallus Konjac,the content reaches 50%.The white particles which purified and refined from konjac tuber through removed starch,alkaloids and other impurities is konjak refined powder. Glucomannan has the health function, and can be used as food additives in the industry are also widely used.However, the process of industrial production methods for few reports, and not ideal. And although glucomannan has laxative effect in theory, but experiments to study the laxative effect is not very good..In this letter,we have studied on technique of glucomannan..Our aim is to find the best technique by measure the contents and viscosities of glucomannan from the konjak refined powder and compared the sols performances from two techniques.In our letter,we have done the experiment of the mouse small intestine of advancing and the experiment of relieving constipation to investigated the motor function of intestinal tract of the glucomannan.We have mixed the glucomannan and aloin to configurate some water extract with different concentration,then we have done the mouse,s stomach perfusion experiment with the high and low -dose of the water extracts. The time of the first black stool, the number of stool, the weight of stool and the propulsive rate of intestines in mice in five hours were observed following the constipation in one model, and compared the plants .In our study, the glucomannans contents ,viscosity and sols performance is very well with the wet way technology. The powder spewing way and the lyophilization have good effects that the glucomannan,s contents reaches 97.01%and95.69%.The technology is suitable to industrial production for its non chemical pollution and simple process.Spray drying the glucomannan from Aloe vera compatibility, by doing Pharmacodynamic studies in mice found that high and middle dose group was significantly shortened the first row of black mice have the time to increase the amount of defecation and fecal water content, improve the rate of the small intestine to promote and increase carbon powder moisture content of small intestine. Glucomannan volume of constipation are drugs that can increase the stool volume, combined with intestinal absorption of waste and not enough time to make the nutrients excreted. The aloe with laxative, the role of heat in the intestines release large amounts of emodin, the role of mild, not only to stimulate peristalsis, without causing severe diarrhea, also can increase the intestinal water content, to play a cathartic, laxative effect. Combined with aloe glucomannan solve the effects of konjac glucomannan purge undesirable defects, on konjac glucomannan laxative effect of great significance.
