| Objective:To discuss the discrimination of the clinical characteristic and laboratory index of different nationality patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods:Select 462 patients with COPD from January 2009 to December 2009 in our hospital and retrospectively analyze their clinical data.Their general information?clinical manifestations?the stage of COPD?body mass index?labarotory index?merger disease and complications were registered, then compare these index of two groups.Results:(1)The total patients is 462, among them male:female was1.4:1,the Uygur patients be 206(44.59%)? male 119(57.77%) ? female 87(42.23%) ? average age 63.02±10.82,Han patients 256(55.41%)?male 151(58.98%)?female 105(41.01%)?average age 65.45±10.78,there are no significant differences in sex and age(P>0.05).The senior high school ratio was 25.24% in the Uygur group,in the Han group senior high school ratio was 38.67%,between two groups the ratio of smoking?kitchen behavior?childhood respiratory infection?household history?occupation exposed history were 47.09%?70.87%?16.99%?16.02%?2.43% in Uygur people and 60.94%?51.56%?5.47%?6.64%?7.42% in han people,the difference was significant(P<0.05);(2)The incidence of gasp?dyspnea?lower breath in Uygur people were 17.96%?12.62%?66.51% and in Han people were 10.94%?7.42%?58.20%,the difference was significant(P<0.05);(3)Over second stage of COPD were 176(85.43%) in Uygur people and 185(72.26%)in Han people,the difference was significant(P<0.05); (4)The Uygur COPD patients mean weight was 89.71±14.32Kg,it is significantly higher than Han COPD patients mean weight 68.33±10.81Kg(P<0.05); (5)The Uygur people have a higher value of WBC?HCT?PLT?PaCO2?FIB and lower value of PaO2?FEV1% than Han people,the difference was significant(P<0.05);(6)The incidence of merger cardiovascular disease in Uygur people were higher than Han people(P<0.05).The electrolyte mess?respiratory failure?heart failure ratio were 60.68%?47.81%?27.67% in the Uygur group.In the Han group,electrolyte mess?respiratory failure?heart failure ratio were 51.95%?35.94%?17.19%,the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The condition of Uygur COPD patients were heavy,this may be related to comprehensive factors,such as living environment?cultural degree?food structure?life style etc. |
