| Objective : To explore the establishing of rabbit model bearing VX2 liver tumor and CT perfusion imaging of the hemodynamic feature of hepatic VX2 tumor in rabbits. Methods: Twenty-five New Zealand white rabbits were enrolled including 10 designated in the first study group and 15 in the second study group.The grafted VX2 carcinoma was maintained through serial transplantation into the hind limb of the two rabbit by subcutaneous injection. In the first study group the rabbits were injected with VX2 tumor in the left lobe of the liver while in the second study group,the rabbits were embed with VX2 tumor.CT plain scan was performed 10days later and liver CT perfusion imaging scan was performed 3weeks later after the operation,using a functional CT perfusion software program ,the CTPI parameters including BF,BV,PS,HAF,MTT,TO and HPPI were measured,according to this CT perfusion parameters the feature of the hemodynamic was evaluated.The 8 rabbits in the control group wew performed in the sime way. Results: The successful rates of implantation were 60℅ in the first study group and 100℅ in the second study group;compared with the control group, HAF: (0.90±0. 03) vs (0.26±0. 03) ( P < 0. 05), PS: (42.73±8.47)mL/ 100g·min vs(23.69±4. 40)mL/ 100g·min ( P < 0. 05),BF: (225.93±5.64) mL/ (100g·min) vs (163.42±4. 01) mL/ (100g·min) ( P < 0. 05),BV: (34.81±3.89)mL/ 100g vs (32.19±3.61)mL/ 100g( P > 0. 05) in study group increased significantly, MTT: (16.79±1.60)mL/ 100g vs (17.32±1.77)mL/ 100g( P > 0. 05),did not differ between the two groups.TO: (2.11±0.54)mL/ 100g vs (9.63±1.34)mL/ 100g( P < 0. 05),HPPI: (0.11±0.27)mL/ 100g·min vs(0.77±0.08)mL/ 100g·min ( P < 0. 05) decreased significantly.Conclusion: The rabbit model bearing VX2 liver tumor is suitable for interventional experimental study,the embedded method is superior to the injection method;CT perfusion imaging may reflect the feature of tumor perfusion and evaluate the blood supply and the hemodynamic chang of hepatic VX2 tumor in rabbits. |
