Expressions Of TNF-α,TNF-β And PKC-βⅡ In Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma And Its Significance

Objective: To investigate the expressions of TNF-α, TNF-βand PKC-βⅡin subgroups of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and its significance. Methods: To collect 87 cases of DLBCL, immunohistochemistry technique was used to assess the expression levels of TNF-α, TNF-βin 61 cases of DLBCL. The same method was used to assess the expression levels of PKC-βⅡi n 68 cases of DLBCL. And 5 cases of lymphoblastic lymphoma(LBL),5 cases of extranodal marginal zone B-cell lymphoma of mucosa- associated lymphoid tissue(MALT lymphoma), 2 cases of marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), 3cases of follicular lymphoma(FL) and 5 cases of lymph node reactive prolifer- ation were served as controls. Results: TNF-α,TNF-βand PKC-βⅡin different lymphoma have various degrees of expression. They express higher in LBL and DLBCL,while they express lower in MZL,FL and MALT lymphoma .The positive expression rates of TNF-α, TNF-βand PKC-βⅡin DLBCL was 85.25%(52/61),59.02%(36/61)and 77.94%(53/68)respectively. The expression levels of TNF-α, TNF-βand PKC-βⅡin subtypes of DLBCL had statistic difference (P<0.05). The expression levels of sex, nation, age, site had no statistic difference(P>0.05). The expression of TNF-αand TNF-βis of not correlation. The expression of PKC-βⅡand TNF-α, TNF-βis of positive correlation respectively. Conclusion: The expression of TNF-α, TNF-βand PKC-βⅡin different kinds of lymphoma may be coincide with their invasive level .It revealed TNF-α, TNF-βand PKC-βⅡc oncerned with the invasion of lymphoma. The expression of TNF-α, TNF-βand PKC-βⅡin non-GCB subtype was higher than GCB subtype may be useful to diagnose the subtypes and judge the prognosis of DLBCL. PKC-βⅡwith TNF-α, PKC-βⅡwith TNF-βmay be exist synergism to promote the development of DLBCL.
