Men are more susceptible to the disease. Morbidity and mortality increased progressively with age, threat to human health and safety. There was no magic drug and methods of treatment. Ischemia reperfusion injury is extremely complex process. It is the result of interaction between a variety of reasons. At present, we need to find effective treatment methods. To reduce or control ischemia-reperfusion injury, we expect to solve the major research topics.cerebral ischemia is the composition of ischemic core and ischemic penumbra. We need to save the protection of neurons within the reversible.vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)is seem to play key and special role in angiogenesis. It is discovered in recent years. They control the occurrence of the process of new blood vessels. Existing studies have shown that acupuncture treatment of ischemi ccerebro-vascular disease have a good effect. A large number of clinical eports have confirmed that acupuncture is a effective treatment of ischemic stroke. This subject used the Middle cerebral artery occlusion models. I selected "BAIHUI","SHUIGOU","HOUSANLI", through electro-acupuncture treatment.We observe some changes in the expression of PEDF andVEGF in MCAO rats hippocampus. For the future of clinical treatment of cerebrovascular disease provide a theoretical basis.Methods The 80 healthy adult SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, sham-operation group, MCAO model control group(30min after ischemia-reperfusion 6h,24h,96h three sub-groups),electro-acupuncture treatment group(30min after ischemia-reperfusion 6h,24h,96h six sub-groups) The remarks of nerver function deficit referring to lundy remarking standards. The "BAIHUI","SHUIGOU,"HOUSANLI" were selected. All the date are analyzed with SPSS11.0 software satis-Tical package by computer. The experimental results of micro-Vessel density are expressed by average standard deviation, While the positive rate of PEDF, VEGF compared with X2Results 1 Microvessel Density:Model group and electro-acupuncture group phase in various rat brain microvessel density was higher than the normal group and sham operation group, and the longer the higher microvessel density. Electro-acupuncture group microvascular each phase were higher than the corresponding phase of the model control group, there are significant differences (P<0.01).2 Expression of PEDF,VEGF:the normal control group and brain tissue of sham-operated rats, only a very small amount of positive expression. Moder group, positive expression of significantly increased.electro-acupuncture group of VEGF positive rate is higher than the model group. (P<0.01) electro-acupuncture group of PEDFpositive rate is lower the model group. (P<0.01)Conclusions Electro-acupuncture treatment based on the acupoints of "BAIHUI,"SHUIGOU","HOUSANLI" is effective for treat cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. This mechanism mayreduced or promoted this expresstions ofPEDF and VEGF in hippocampal area and regulate the angiogenesis process. |
