The Research Of The Effect Between The Healthcare Reform And Domestic Demand

In this paper, household consumption expenditure and the total expenditure on health,which compose the total health costs, for the research object, through the establishment of ECM model to analyze the relationship of the household consumption and the total health spending.Full-text consists of six parts: Part I, Introduction.This chapter briefly introduced health care reform, the research background and the significance of the purpose; the second part is the overview of related theories.This chapter begins by briefly introducing the economics of the Troika theory, followed by the precautionary savings theory research of the scholars;the third part is the status of China's health care reform.This chapter just contains a brief history of our country's health care reform and its latest line of health care reform, at the end introduces the necessity analysis for health care reform and how it stimulates domestic demand,first introduces the necessity of health care reform in China, and introduces why China carrys out a health care reform and to the moment when the financial crisis has invested heavily to health care reform, where to use the relationship between it and the consumption,one of the troika that pull the economy namely the domestic economy, made the answer; the fourth section, the data selection and the introduction of modeling method.This chapter begins by introducing the total health costs and the composition, qualitative and quantitative analysis were made to examine some of the characteristics of China's health expenditure.Then through the establishment of the appropriate econometric model to examine the relationship between the household consumption expenditure and the total health expenditure, to empirically analyze the economic impact of the China's medical reform on domestic demand, thereby confirming the right decision-making of China's medical reform; the fifth part is a reasonable proposals to the health care reform .This chapter next to chapter four describes the prediction of the health care reform on stimulating domestic demand, to forecast that the quantification promotion of domestic demand caused by an increase that the Government has put in , and then simply give a little health care reform proposals.Finally, this paper's conclusion is that the government should increase investment in health, but keeping in mind that the adequate health structure of the total cost.
