Clinical Study On Treatment Of Juvenile Pseudomyopia By Combining Acupoint Laser Irradiation With Ear Pressure

Objective:Through clinical observation and detection and analysis of relevant indicators treated with laser acupuncture and ear pressure treatment for young people who sufferred the pseudo-myopia to explore the law's role on the effects of this disease and provide a safe, practical, effective excellent treatment.Methods:Will be diagnosed with pseudo-myopia and met the inclusion criteria of the 60 patients, according to the order of treatment were randomly divided into two groups, acupuncture group (points of laser irradiation with ear pressure) of 30 cases, drug group (topical eyedrops) 30 cases. Laser eye choose Jing ming, Cheng qi, Feng chi, Yi ming, using He-Ne laser (Handylaser trion) treatment device, from the point 30 cm, irradiation 5min. Ear pressure to take a. eyes, liver, brain stem; b. heart, spleen, Ping ex; c. kidney, cortex, the posterior interosseous screen. Points for each rotation group, to take bilateral ear. Point laser irradiation once a day, ear-pressure three days for a second,30 days for a course of treatment, were treated with 2 courses. Drug group drops by 0.5% atropine eye drops, a drop point before going to bed every day,30 days for a course of treatment, were treated with 2 courses. Beyond visual acuity, refraction and eye fatigue and systemic symptom score, as to observe the target, respectively, before treatment and treatment of 1 month,2 months after the measurements assessed, according to《Chinese Medicine Clinical Research Drug guiding principle》,the efficacy of standards developed efficacy assessment, data processing using statistical software SPSS16.0.Result:(1)The two groups can significantly improve the distance vision of adolescent pseudo-myopia,no significant difference between the two groups。(2)The treatment of two groups can reduce the dilated eye diopter,but no significant effect after mydriasis refraction, and did not show significant difference between the two groups.(3)The two groups can improve the treatment of patients with visual eye fatigue and systemic symptoms,the improvement of acupuncture group was significantly better than the drug group.(4)Between the total effective of two groups, acupuncture group was 90% (treat after a month),93%(treat after 2 months), drug group was 68% (treat after a month),75%(treat after 2 months), indicating that the assessment of clinical efficacy with a comprehensive acupuncture group was excellent, and the efficacy and treatment-related, a good momentum for the two groups cumulative effect.(5)The incidence of adverse drug group 1 month after administration of 20%(12 eyes),2 months after administration of 25%(15 eyes), gradually increased with the extension of treatment. The acupuncture group, no significant adverse reactions were significantly different between the two groups.Conclusion:Laser irradiation with the ear pressure point is the treatment of young pseudo-myopia effective way to significantly improve the patient's eye indicators and clinical symptoms, with improvement of vision, the overall positive role of regulation and safety of non-invasive loss, non-toxic side effects, worthy of clinical application.
