Objective:This paper analyzes the long-term efficacy analysis of closed reduction and three cross Kirschner wires fixation displaced in the treatment of children's severely displaced supracondylar fractures. Emphasis is placed on recovery of elbow function, the incidence of cubitus varus and degree of cubitus varus. To find the best way of the treatment in children's severely displaced supracondylar fracturesMethods:This part of the system theory expounds Chinese medicine, modern medicine; understanding of supracondylar fracture of children, related anatomy, incidence, pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment methods, the mechanical properties. This study selected 40 cases of severe supracondylar humeral fractures in children, set up with closed reduction and three cross Kirschner wires fixation experimental group treated with manipulative reduction and splinting for the control group, statistical analysis comparing the test group 20 patients in the control group,20 cases were collected with closed reduction and three cross Kirschner wires fixation treatment and manual reduction and splinting method of treatment. Patients were followed up fracture healing time, complications, in the event of cubitus varus, cubitus varus measured the extent of, and observe whether the degree of cubitus varus was sexual development. The modified HSS scoring elbow elbow functional assessment of patients, with BA and CA corner angle to assess and predict the degree of cubitus varus, closed reduction and assessment of cross three Kirschner wire fixation of displaced children in the treatment of severe supracondylar fractures long-term treatment. Results:Experimental group and control group was significantly more postoperative complications, with the difference (P<0.05), the test group in the incidence of cubitus varus and reduce the level higher than the control group. Scores of the two groups in the elbow has no significant difference. Conclusion:This study suggests that closed reduction and three cross Kirschner wires fixation stationary strong, more in line with principles of biomechanics. Restoration of elbow function can be faster, can reduce the incidence of cubitus varus and the extent applicable to serious displacement of supracondylar fracture. Closed reduction and three cross Kirschner wires fixation is a ideal method in children's severe displacement supracondylar fracture.
