The Retrospective Research On The Cases Of Professor Zhou Zhongying Treating The Syndrome Stagnated Heat Of Type 2 Diabetes Based On Data Mining

Object:Based on the Life-long clinical practice and medical achievements of Professor Zhou zhongying who is the contemporary state-level of old traditional Chinese medicine and Modern up-to-data information technology, the unique ideas and academic thinking on Zhou Zhongying diagnozing and treating type 2 diabetes were researched, which were from clinical, higher than the clinical and would be returned to clinical.Methods:Through long-term clinical study following Professor Zhou zhongying, all accumulated T2DM cases were collated comprehensively and screened by include and exclude criteria in strict accordance to.establish medical record collection and database storage including 68 cases of sub-standard medical record attendance at all 116 clinical data by using SQL-Sever 2005 software on the purpose of finding and analyzing. the cases of the disease in the Sucard machines, symptoms, syndromes,treatment method and the correlation between the prescription or related by using neuro-fuzzy inference system which is built by association rules, multi-scale analysis and adaptive theory, analyze the results of the excavation,draw conclusions and summing up combined with clinical data.Result:In the 68 patients,30 patients were male,38 patients were female, the average age of whom is 58 years old. Of all 116 clinical data, the main clinical symptoms of Type 2 diabetes patients with the syndrome stagnated heat were Numbness,Dry mouth.The main drugs were used to cure the disease focus on removing heat,coolling blood,eliminating stasis and fostering overcast.Conclusion:It is found that the basic pathological of the Syndrome Stagnated Heat Of Type 2 Diabetes are stasis and blood heat from researches which run through the diseases all along.And the basic pathogenesis is contact heat blood stasis syndrome, which were also the basic evidence-based but not the single syndrome. Deficiency of liver and kidney were exist. In the treatment, the medicine in common use are zela,di gupi,xuansheng,shengdi,zhimu,duijianyu,jiangcan and so on.
