Analysis On Mastopathy Screening Results Of Among 5000 Women In Honghuagang District

Objective To understand women's incidence of mastopathy in Honghuagang District of Zunyi City,Guizhou province. Methods Adopting breast palpation examination, portable B-mode ultrasound examination, Palladium Molybdenum X-ray film examination, Color Doppler ultrasound examination of breast and mass biopsy methods,5000 women aged 35-69 in Honghuagang District of Zunyi city,Guizhou province were screened for mastopathies.Results Breast hyperplasia is of the first importance in breast diseases.The incidence rate of breast hyperplasia was 45.42%,prevalence of breast disease was difference in general age(p<0.05), the average incidence rate of breast cancer was 0.04%,the age of 35-49 were the most danger ages of breast cancer. Conclusion The woman's knowledge about prevention and treatment of mastopathies should be popularized and propagated.All ages focus on prevention and treatment of mastopathies and the reasonable census methods can raise the detectable rate of breast cancer.
