Establishment Of HPLC Fingerprint And Study Of Tumor Inhibition Of YiShewang Wine

Snake wine is produced by infusing snakes in rice wine or grain alcohol that can be used for health and treatment of disease. Infusing snakes in wine, is a special traditon of China, and there were early record about using snake as medicine for its medicinal value. There are two major problems for snake wine businesses to solve:it is hard to find a better way to keep quality of snake wines for their compllex components;few scientific evidence of the medical value of snake wine has been reported.Thus,this article trys to establish HPLC fingerprint and study the effect of tumor inhibition of a kind of snake wine:YiSshewang wine.The Results are as follow:1.This article established HPLC fingerprint of petroleum ether-ether extract of YiShewang wine of LiuZongyuan by using high performance liquid chromatography. Chromatographic separation condition was determined by experimental exploration and assistance of computer software.It is:wave length 320nm, Temp 28℃, mobile phase MeOH-ultrapure water, gradient elution, 10%-80% MeOH,30min. Samples were analyzed and The HPLC fingerprint was established under this condition. The result showed that this HPLC fingerprint is composed of 22 peaks which are stable in different batches of samples. Evaluation and analysis of the similarity of this HPLC fingerprint showed that it can be a good judge of estimate the overall quality of YiShewang wine.2.This article further studied and analyzed tumor supression effect of YiShewang wine. By exposing L02 human liver cells with Benzo[a]--Pyrene and interfering with petroleum ether-ether extract of YiShewang wine to get the information of cell growth,relevant genes and proteins expression, we found that YiShewang wine is positive of interfering Benzo[a]Pyrene exposure, and it may have effect on tumor suppression.
