Coronary heart disease is a heart disease. With the continuous improvement of living standards, life stress increasesing, the incidence of coronary heart disease is increasing also, and the trend showed younger age. So people paid more and more attention to the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. How to quickly and accurately help doctors to detect early coronary artery disease patients is a very important issue.As a noninvasive method of diagnosing coronary heart disease, exercise ECG test can bring to the patients better combined effect of the other noninvasive method. Therefore, it has been widely used in clinical, which has a pivotal role. However, with the continuous development of science and technology, many new electronic technology appeard in medicine, so the traditional diagnostic program and the reference index had been less development of modern medicine, and diagnostic instruments present are no longer meet ever-increasing demands today. Based on old exercise ECG, the paper proposes a new movement ECG detection system, and uses two different programs to achieve. The measurement methods and measuring indicators of coronary heart disease diagnosis of these systems is hopeful to improve the sensitivity and specificity. It can make more of arly coronary heart disease patients to benefit to this non-invasive, rapid, and inexpensive diagnostic method, make early treatment and improve quality of life.Considering practicality, the paper designs two most realistic and doable options. In this paper, following fields has been done:1. A system of exercise ECG testing for CHD was completed with modularization design.2. An ECG amplified acquisition module circuit was designed and produced using Microchip's 16-bit MCU. It implemented the ECG signal pre-processing, multi-level amplification, filtering and multi-channel simultaneous A/D conversion, and used a new type of circuit to achieve the isolation.3. Treadmill controlling circuit was designed and produced. The function of human acting and the treadmill between current and speed was determined through experiments on the treadmill for a mathematical model. Referring to motion model classification, a multi-level power was designed to help doctors to select different load requirements of the heart for different patients. And the treadmill speed was real-time testing in order to calculate the actual power of patients. 4. The software for the controlling and calculation was designed and completed. This software can not only control the damping treadmill, ECG acquisition and display relevant data and graphics, and also store and process data, calculate the body acting, heart rate, ST / HR and other key indicators. It can provide strong basis for helping doctors to make fast and accurate judge.
