Objective: Using color Doppler, to assess the testis survivorship after testicular artery blocked completely in different tame. To observe the changing of the bidimensional acoustic imaging and the hemodynamics of the testic.Methods: Thirty male rabbits were randomly divided into three groups ( A,B,and C ), testicular artery was blocked for different time,then relivered group A blocked testicular artery for three hours,group B for six hours, and group C for twelve hours. Gray-scale and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) were acquire. Blood flow datum of testis were detected ,such as (Vmax systolic)Vs,Vd(Vmax diastolic),RI(Resistance Index) and so on. To observe the blocked testicular artery comparatively under BFI and CDFI model .Tissue of testis was extracted for biopsy,and observed testis necrosis by optical microscope and electron microscopy.Results : After testicular artery blocked, testis hemodynamics changed obviously . Group A blocked testicular artery for three hours ,PW(Vs0.056±0.015,Vd 0.030±0.010,RI0.45±0.11).group B for six hours ,PW(Vs0.040±0.010,Vd0.009±0.001,RI0.55±0.15).group C for twelve hours,PW(Vs0.011±0.009,Vd0.006±0.002,RI0.65±0.15).Blood flow of testicular artery decreased with interrupted time increasing(P <0.05).Parenchyma of testis necrosis in varying degrees.Conclusion Color Doppler flow imaging can evaluate blood supply and predict necrosis of testis after blood was blocked.
