The Dynamic Changes Of IL-6 And IL-10 In Serum Of Patients With Tuberculosis And Clinical Significance

Objective: To investigate the dynamic changes of expression of IL-6 and IL-10 before and after chemotherapy in Serum of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and its relationship with the activities of TB.Methods: Use the ELISA methods of double-antibody sandwich to detect expression of IL-6 and IL-10 in Serum of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with 38 cases before chemotherapy and after 4 weeks chemotherapy, and observe its changes. Results: The expression of IL-6 and IL-10 in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis before chemotherapy expression was significant higher than the group of normal and after 4 weeks chemotherapy, and the expression of IL-6 in the group of after 4 weeks chemotherapy are higher than the normal,the expression of IL-10 are no difference compared to the normal;IL- 6 were positively correlated with the erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive proteind and White blood cell.Conclusion: the pro-inflammatory and controled inflammatory response of Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis are hyper before chemotherapy ,the capacity of immune respons are strengthen;But after 4 weeks chemotherapy, the focus of infection with tuberculosis is reduced ,the cavity is closing, the Mycobacterium tuberculosis is negative,then the pro-inflammatory respons is weakening , the controled inflammatory response is basical disappeared;detecte the level of IL-6 can estimate the activity of TB and prognosis。...
