Objective:To explore the expression level changes and clinical significance of peripheral blood IFN-?,IL-27,OPN in patients with bacteria-positive tuberculosis, patients with bacteria-negative tuberculosis and healthy volunteers.Methods:Forty-four patients with bacteria-positive tuberculosis, thirty patients with bacteria-negative tuberculosis and thirty healthy volunteers were collected.Peripheral blood IFN-?,IL-27,OPN levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and then compare the differences of peripheral blood IFN-?,IL-27,OPN in different groups.Result:The peripheral blood IFN-?,IL-27,OPN level in the tuberculosis group was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group, the concentration are(201.72±176.24)pg/ml vs.(45.78±92.57)pg/ml,(135.56±215.11)pg/ml vs.(27.22±65.81)pg/ml,(5758.10±8067.70)pg/ml vs.(536.60±995.37)pg/ml,had statistical significance(P<0.01).The peripheral blood IFN-?,IL-27,OPN level in the bacteria-positive tuberculosis group was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group, the concentration are(247.60±196.70)pg/ml vs.(45.78±92.57)pg/ml,(173.45±252.13)pg/ml vs.(27.22±65.81)pg/ml,(6836.30±198.60)pg/ml vs.(536.60±995.37)pg/ml,had statistical significance(P<0.01).The peripheral blood IFN-?,IL-27,OPN level in the bacteria-negative tuberculosis group was higher than that in the healthy control group, the concentration are(113.94±71.17)pg/ml vs.(45.78±92.57)pg/ml,(54.33±69.53)pg/ml vs.(27.22±65.81)pg/ml,(3383.10±603.50)pg/ml vs.(536.60±995.37)pg/ml,P values were(P<0.05),(P>0.05),(P>0.05),the difference of IFN-?level between the bacteria-negative tuberculosis group and the healthy control group was statistically significant, and there was no statistical difference in IL-27 and OPN.The peripheral blood IFN-?,IL-27,OPN level in the bacteria-positive tuberculosis group was higher than that in the bacteria-negative tuberculosis group, the concentration are(247.60±196.70)pg/ml vs.(113.94±71.17)pg/ml,(173.45±252.13)pg/ml vs.(54.33±69.53)pg/ml,(6836.30±198.60)pg/ml vs.(3383.10±603.50)pg/ml,had statistical significance,P values were(P<0.01),(P<0.01),(P<0.05).The peripheral blood IFN-?,IL-27,OPN level in severe pulmonary tuberculosis group was higher than that in the non severe pulmonary tuberculosis group, the concentration are(316.40±235.08)pg/ml vs.(139.96±93.73)pg/ml,(233.29±257.98)pg/ml vs.(78.36±172.53)pg/ml,(11059.00±10205.00)pg/ml vs.(2985.10±4958.40)pg/ml,had statistical significance,P values were(P<0.01),(P<0.05),(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The peripheral blood IFN-?,IL-27,OPN level in patients with tuberculosis was significantly higher than that in healthy controls, which is of certain reference value in assisting the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.2.The peripheral blood IFN-? level is superior to IL-27 in early differential diagnosis of bacteria-positive tuberculosis and bacteria-negative tuberculosis, and is expected to become a new indicator early differential diagnosis of bacteria-positive tuberculosis and bacteria-negative tuberculosis, while OPN is of no significance in the early differential diagnosis of bacteria-positive tuberculosis and bacteria-negative tuberculosis.3.The level of IFN-?,IL-27,OPN can reflect the severity of pathological changes in tuberculosis to a certain extent, and IFN-? and OPN are superior to IL-27.
