| [Objective]To investigate the relationship among C-reactive protein, Serum lipid and diabetic retinopathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) and try to find a therapy according to the risk of DR on type 2 diabetes mellitus and it's serious.[Methods]Selected 30 persons randomly from 4 groups:Group NDR,Group BDR, Group PDR and healthy control. Being fasting for 8～12h,all the persons had to be phlebotomized to determine TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and CRP,then analyzed the change of them. The kit was bought from Zhongsheng Beikon biologic technology Co., Ltd.,which provided by Finland Orion Diagnostica Oy company. The data were analyzed by using the SPSS14.0.[Results]1.The CRP was ( 3.78±0.88)mg/l, ( 4.87±0.98)mg/l, ( 7.03±1.78)mg/l,(10.04±2.27)mg/l respectively to control group,NDR group,BDR group and PDR group,which showed CRP had significant difference between the control group and diabete groups(P <0.01), and the comparision between BDR,NDR group and PDR,BDR group had significant difference too(P <0.01).2.The TC was(4.19±0.57)mmol/l,(4.77±0.48)mmol/l,(5.03±0.67)mmol/l,(5.33±0.62)mmol/l respectively to control group,NDR group,BDR group,PDR group, and The TG was(1.26±0.31)mmol/l,(2.12±0.60)mmol/l,(2.29±0.88)mmol/l, (2.85±0.83)mmol/l respectively to control group,NDR group,BDR group,PDR group, the statistics showed TC and TG had significant difference between the control group and diabete groups(P <0.01).The comparision between PDR group and NDR group had significant difference also(P<0.01), and the comparision between BDR,NDR group and PDR,BDR group had no significant difference(P>0.05).3.The HDL-C was(1.56±0.30)mmol/l,(1.31±0.29)mmol/l,(1.19±0.27)mmol/l,(1.00±0.26)mmol/l respectively to control group,NDR group ,BDR group, PDR group, and The LDL-C was ( 2.55±0.69)mmol/l,(2.99±0.53)mmol/l,(3.28±0.54)mmol/l,(3.65±0.51)mmol/l respectively to control group,NDR group,BDR group, PDR group,the statistics showed HDL-C and LDL-C had significant difference between the control group and diabete groups(P <0.05). The comparision between PDR group and NDR group had significant difference also(P <0.01), and the comparision between BDR,NDR group and PDR,BDR group had no significant difference(P>0.05).[Conclusions]1.The TC,TG,LDL-C,CRP were significantly higher than control group. As the DR pathological changed, the CRP and course of diseases getting worse.2. HDL-C in the diabete groups was significantly lower than control group. Thus it can be seen that CRP and Serum lipid may be dangerous factors for the developing of diabetes retina pathological changes. We could dope out the the risk of DR on type 2 diabetes mellitus and evaluate it's serious to a certain extent. Compare with serum lipid, CRP can reflect the serious of DR better. |
