Yang Yin Tang Treatment Of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis To Toxic Heat Flourishing Type Of Clinical Research

Objective: Yang Yin Tang through the application of treatment of allergic purpura nephritis (HSPN) in Clinical Research, Yin Tang observed clinical effect of treatment of HSPN, Yin Decoction HSPN to provide clinical basisMethods: Will be diagnosed of HSPN were randomly divided into two groups, Treatment group and control group 30 cases.In the conventional treatment based on treatment group Yin Tang, The control group were treated with Tripterygium, 1-month course of treatment were observed for 3 courses.The clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators of change, to evaluate efficacy.Results: (1)The total effective rate in treatment group and control group, the total effective rate was significant difference (P <0.05), the treatment group than the control group.(2) in the treatment group in the control of clinical symptoms, improve laboratory indicators were superior to controls, In comparison, there were significant differences (P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion: Yin Tang to effectively control the HSPN patients with clinical symptoms, improve the patient's laboratory parameters, to improve efficacy and reduce recurrence.
