Object:In this paper, the theoretical basis of TCM syndrome differentiation, combined with modern medicine, systematic review and analysis of heart failure etiology, pathogenesis, and the failure of the TCM and hypertension, coronary heart disease and diabetes-related illness among the clinical indicators related research, and then preliminary study of TCM Syndrome Types of heart failure and cardiac ejection fraction, E / A ratio, heart function, thyroid function relationships.Method:1. Select 160 cases of patients with hyperlipidemia, using primary and secondary disease diagnostics, will be divided into five syndromes:the heart and lung qi deficiency type, Qi and Yin Deficiency type and qi deficiency blood stasis, Yang and water stop type, Yin Yang off-type exhaust.2. Collection of information, including patients with general information on body mass index, alcohol and tobacco habits, past medical history (including hypertension, coronary heart disease, cardiac arrhythmia, cervical disease, type 2 diabetes, cerebral infarction), three conventional (blood, urine, feces), blood biochemistry, lipids, thyroid function, echocardiography, X films, electrocardiogram, TCM four diagnostic methods, etc. Finally, the five kinds of card-based comparative analysis of the indicators to explore its relevance.3. Data statistics:quantitative data describing the amount of use of statistical mean±standard deviation (X (-)±sd) said that the number of card-type was used to compare between the analysis of variance, the number of 22 were used to compare the q test (SNK France); classified information constitutes a ratio chi-square test was used to compare. All statistics were carried out using SPSS13.0, tabulation software used Excel2003.Results:①age, gender aspects, the card was no significant difference between types.②In the complications, the patients with coronary heart disease, greater risk of qi deficiency blood stasis; while for combined cardiac arrhythmia, diabetes, greater chance of Qi and Yin Deficiency type.③. Heart function, cardiac function in patients with stageⅣ, Yang and water stop type, yin yang dried off chance of a larger type; cardiac function in patients with stageⅡ, a larger chance of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.④In the left ventricular function, and qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome group LVEF, compared with Heart Qi Deficiency Syndrome Group, and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group and were significantly reduced; on the E/A is concerned,Qi and Yin Deficiency, heart and lung Qi, Yang and the water stops, yin yang dried off, followed by increased Qi and blood stasis, qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome in which the more statistically significant when compared to other cards.⑤in thyroid function, TT3 (total T3), TT4 (total T4) with the syndromes increase, its level decreased gradually. TT3, the yin-yang de type exhaust than other card types compared to statistical significance.6. In the BNP, along with the card-type continuously increasing, its level gradually increased, indicating a different BNP may be used as TCM Syndrome type of quantitative indicators.Conclusion:①some complications, heart function, TT3 abnormal and some TCM Syndrome there was a correlation.②E / A, left ventricular ejection fraction, atrial natriuretic peptide and heart failure syndrome types of TCM there is a certain correlation is worth further study, and hopes in the future diagnosis and treatment of heart failure can become an objective of TCM Syndrome Differentiation of modern laboratory monitoring indicators.
