ObjectiveThrough the collection in May 2007-2009 years of Chinese medicine hospitals in Wuhan City in February at the clinic of Department of cadres of cases, the use of liver Qi treatment of functional dyspepsia, to observe the effects and role of liver Qi treatment of functional dyspepsia The mechanism, the method is more widely used in clinical practice to provide a scientific basis.Methods1 Clinical data:According to the Food and Drug Administration, 2002 Edition "drugs (medicine) guidelines for clinical research" to develop diagnostic criteria and efficacy of the diagnostic standard, will meet the diagnostic criteria for functional dyspepsia patients, according to the order of visits, in accordance with the random principle, sub-for the Journal of Practical Traditional treatment group 60 cases and 60 cases of the control group.2 Drug use conventional therapy:Of the control group to Qizhiweitong particles, one sack,3 times a day, boiled water. Treatment group was treated with Modified Shugan, each 200ml, 2 times per day, orally.3 The efficacy and safety of medication:Patients were observed after 30 days administration of TCM syndromes, check the physical and chemical indicators such as laboratory plasma motilin (Mot), serum gastrin (GAS) and safety indicators such as the liver function (ALT, AST), renal function (BUN, Scr).4 Measurement data:Measurement data itself before and after using paired t (Paired-Samples T Test) test groups were analyzed using two-sample t test (Independent-Samples T Test); count data using Ridit analysis, P<0.05 as significant difference, databases and analysis are realized in SPSS13.0 statistical package.Results1 The clinical efficacy of a comprehensive: Treatment group,60 cases were clinically cured 25 cases,21 cases were effective,11 cases were effective and 3 cases, the total effective rate was 95.0%; control group,60 cases were clinically cured 13 cases,25 cases were effective,14 were effective,8 cases, The total effective rate was 86.7%, clinical effects of the two groups, were significantly different (p<0.05).2 Effect of clinical syndromes Improve the Weiwanxiashu pain, Abdominal Distension, belching acid reflux, early satiety anorexia, body tired fatigue, bowel symptoms are not transferred, the role of the experimental group than the control group between the two groups, the difference was significant (p<0.05); in improving Abdominal Distension, belching acid reflux, early satiety anorexia, body tired fatigue symptoms, significant difference between the two groups (p<0.05).3 Comparison of gastric emptying to improve the situation Before treatment, significantly reduced gastric emptying; treatment, two groups of gastric emptying improved, compared with those before treatment, significant difference (p<0.01), but the difference between the two groups was not significant.4 Effects on gastrointestinal hormones Before treatment, patients Mot, GAS significantly reduced, and the normal group, the difference was significant (p<0.01); treatment, patients Mot, GAS significantly improved compared with before treatment, the difference was significant (p<0.01). Between the two groups, Mot index compared with the control group, significant difference (p<0.05); GAS index and no significant differences.ConclusionLiver Qi method can effectively improve the clinical symptoms; power are also effective in improving gastric emptying; treatment of plasma motilin (Mot) level, compared with the control group, significant difference (p<0.05). Clinical trial process, no drugs due to side effects and adverse reactions, suggesting that liver Qi method is safe and effective treatment of functional dyspepsia.
