Objective:To compare the changes of CD3 + T cell,CD4 + T cell,CD8 + T cell and CD4 + /CD8 + T cell in the peripheral blood of the patients with primary hepatocyte carcinoma before and after raiofrequency ablation treatment using the Meta-analysis methods and to investigate its mechanism and and clinical significance.Methods:1 Literature retrieval Clinical data of CD3 + T cell,CD4 + T cell,CD8 + T cell and CD4 + /CD8 + T cell in the peripheral blood of the patients with primary hepatocyte carcinoma after raiofrequency ablation treatment were collected f rom literature via electronic- searching and handwork-searching.2 Literature screening Enrollment standard:â‘ clinical research case of patients with primary hepatocyte carcinoma after raiofrequency ablation treatment(sample size not less than 20)â‘¡literature report the changes of CD3+ T cell,CD4+ T cell,CD8+ T cell and CD4 + /CD8 + T cell in the peripheral blood of the patients with primary hepatocyte carcinoma after raiofrequency ablation treatment. Deplete standard:â‘ d eplete the articles which the data is not complete or cannot be used,â‘¡d eplete the repeatedly publicated articles.3 statistical treatment Meta-analysis using Review manager 4. 2. 8 was done for the data obtained, measurement data was measured by weighted mean difference (WMD), data was extracted from the sample size,mean and standard deviation.Results:1 Results of literature retrieval 187 patients who met the five articles of enrollment were included in the study of the changes of CD3+ T cell. 247 patients who met the eight articles of enrollment were included in the study of the changes of CD4+ T cell.247 patients who met the eight articles of enrollment were included in the study of the changes of CD8+ T cell.197 patients who met the six articles of enrollment were included in the study of the changes of CD4+/CD8+ T cell.2 Results of statistical analysisAfter the radio frequency ablation,the rate of CD3+ T cell,CD4+ T cell and CD4+/CD8+ T cell was increased,and the difference was significant .The rate of CD8+ T cell was decreased,and the difference was significantConclusion:Cell-mediated immune function and anti-tumour function of PHC patients can be improved by the treatment of RFA. It was beneficial for understanding patients'immune state and patients'combined therapy through detecting the T lymphocyte in the peripheral blood of the patients with primary hepatocyte carcinoma after raiofrequency ablation treatment.
