Objective: Preterm births baby have high incidence rate,difference outcome. Recent decade premature birth rate constantly keep high level, the precaution and therapy have no new breakthrough. Over the past decade, we and others have provided evidence in support of the hypothesis that labour onset is regulated by specific nuclear regulatory factor (NR) pathways, involving an interplay between transcription factors (TFs) and nuclear hormone receptors, that control the expression of many of the effector pathways requisite for labour and delivery. There is now compelling evidence implicating NRs, including the nuclear factor-kB(NF-kB) family of nuclear TFs,the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor (PPARs),Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPARs)are a family of nuclear receptors,can active by its ligand. It is think that PPARs regulate labour onset, the regulations implement through many pathway, may through regulat Inflammatory reaction, immunity reaction and apoptosis . we mainly study the expression of PPARs in pregnancy cell and tissue to approach the relation between Preterm labor and PPARs for precaution and therapy.Methods:1 The study subjects: 20 pregnant women who delivered in the Obstetrics of the Second Hospital of He Bei Medical University were selected from October 2008 to May 2009, in which 10 patients of Preterm labor were involved,mean age 24.33±5.6,mean weeks of gestation were 34.55±2.30.the other 10 cases were term labor women , mean age25.53±3.4, mean weeks of gestation were39.23±1.22 weeks.2 Sample collecting: collecting of placenta, amnion, chorion after placental expulsion,about 1×1×1CM .the samples were then washed with cold sodiumchloride until blood were cleaned and superficial water was suck by filter paper.then put it in the paraformaldehyde to retained.3 The experiment method: immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of protein in the placenta, amnion, chorion of all samples.Results:1 Preterm births patients and normal parturition have no diversity in age.2 the protein of PPARβand PPARγwere all expressed in the placenta, amnion, chorion,and the main expressed in intracytoplasm.3 the protein of PPARβwere higer expressed in the placenta tissue of patients of Preterm births patients when compared with that of normal parturition.and the protein of PPARβhave no diversity in amnion, chorion of the two group.4 the protein of PPARγhave no diversity in placenta ,amnion, chorion of patients of Preterm births patients when compared with that of normal parturition.
